Active Ingredient
Psyllium Husk  (3.7g per 4g serving)

Other Ingredients
Malic Acid, Natural Flavours, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Natural Sweeteners (Stevia, Thaumatin)

Dissolve it in water, sprinkle on your cereal or blend it in your smoothie.

One dose = one teaspoon (4g)

  • Adults 12 years+ 1 to 3 doses daily
  • Children 6 to 12 years ½ dose (half a teaspoon)
  • For children under 6 consult a doctor

For new users – start low and slow! Take one dose daily and gradually increase as necessary. You may experience minor bloating as your body adjusts,

Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed.

When mixed, psyllium absorbs water quickly and becomes a viscous fluid which may present a choking hazard. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

Allergy Warning (Psyllium Husk): If you experience chest pain, vomiting or have difficulty breathing or swallowing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.

If constipation persists, you experience abdominal discomfort or fail to have a bowel motion when using this product, consult your doctor.

Bulk fibre may affect how well medicines work. If you are taking oral prescription medication, take this product 2 hours before or after the prescribed medicine to minimise any effect on absorption.

Love this product❤️. I didn't enjoy the flavours of other fibre supplements commonly available so was very happy to discover this. I like to use it in a smoothie with a couple of teaspoons of No.2 Kiwi berry added to 1/2 a cup of berry juice, 1/2 a cup of water, and a dessert spoon of plain or berry yogurt. I have recently had shoulder surgery which meant there were going to be long periods of inactively for me during recovery. Post-surgical medical advice indicated that this can lead to gut issues (especially with the effects of antibiotics). So this product has been a great boost for me while recovering. I thoroughly recommend it!

So good

As an autistic person who struggles with alot of different sensory issues and aversions , this has been one of the easiest supplements to add to my daily diet, ive started drinking alot more water whilst using this product aswell as felt less bloated and the taste is actually so amazing.

Even better than advertised

Having been use to taking the supermarket fiber which tasted artificial, sweet and rough but not having options finally having this is awesome. The taste is great, it’s not sweet and while it feels soft to drink the results are better than expected.
And then there’s the cost, paying less for better value!
Highly recommend .

Disappointing

2 weeks of 3tsp per day every day, still waiting for the 'magic' to happen. I do enjoy the taste and the thick apple sauce consistency; I eat mine with a spoon. But it has just become a nice sweet treat, I have not seen any difference or change/improvement and will not be purchasing again unfortunately.

We’re glad you’re enjoying the taste and texture though! We'd suggest perhaps drinking more water? Hydration can really help the fibre do its thing :)
