Shipping policy
We aim to get your order out the door quickly. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs
Urban Shipping
- Orders under $45 - $5.95
- Orders over $45 - FREE!
Rural Shipping
- Flat fee - $8.95
We want to make it easy (and affordable) to stock up — so we offer free shipping on all urban orders over $45. For rural addresses, shipping costs alot more (usually $11+), but we’ve capped it at a flat $8.95 and cover the rest ourselves. It’s a small way we can help, while keeping things sustainable as a small business.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, get in touch at hello@no2.co.nz with your name and order number - we’ll sort it out.
