Same flavour, two different formulas. The Psyllium Fibre is 92% pure psyllium husk for gut health, regularity, cholesterol, and blood sugar. The Collagen Blend is a 50/50 psyllium and collagen split for everything the psyllium does, plus support for your skin, hair, nails, and joints.

Take one each day, or take both. A complete gut health routine in two tins.

Psyllium Fibre: one teaspoon (4g) in a full glass of water, once or twice a day.

Collagen Blend: one tablespoon (10g) in a full glass of water, once or twice a day.

You can take both at the same time or spread them across the day. Drink both straight away after mixing.

Psyllium Fibre: adults 12+, 1-3 teaspoons daily. Collagen Blend: adults 12+, 1-2 tablespoons daily. Children under 12: consult your health professional.
