Orange Psyllium Fibre (200g) and Straight Up Collagen (200g).

70 doses total: 50 from Orange Psyllium + 20 from Straight Up Collagen.

Orange Psyllium Fibre is 92% pure psyllium husk. Sweet, citrusy, and easy to drink. Straight Up Collagen is pure hydrolysed bovine collagen with Vitamin C. No flavour, mixes into anything.

Take them separately so you can control your dose of each independently.

Orange Psyllium Fibre: one teaspoon (4g) in a full glass of water, once or twice a day.

Straight Up Collagen: one tablespoon (10g) in water, coffee, a smoothie, or any drink of your choice. Unflavoured, so it goes with almost anything.

Take together in the morning or spread across the day. Both should be followed by plenty of water.

Psyllium: adults 12+, 1-3 teaspoons daily. Collagen: adults 12+, 1-2 tablespoons daily. Children under 12: consult your health professional.
