Orange Good Gut Fibre

Psyllium husk powder (3.7g per dose, 92.5%). Malic acid, natural orange flavour, salt, potassium citrate, natural sweeteners (stevia, thaumatin). That’s it. Sweet, citrusy, and easy to drink. A familiar flavour that goes down without a fight.

No maltodextrin. No fillers. No junk you can’t pronounce.

One teaspoon (4g dose) mixed into a full glass of water, once or twice a day. Drink it straight away. Psyllium starts to gel quickly, and that gelling is exactly what makes it work.

Not a water person? Stir it into a smoothie or sprinkle it on your cereal. Works either way.

Drink at least one full glass of water (250mL) with each dose.

Recommended dosage

Adults 12+: 1 to 3 teaspoons daily.

Children 6 to 12: half a teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily.

Children under 6: consult your health professional.

New to psyllium? Start with one dose a day and build up gradually. Some bloating in the first few days is normal as your body adjusts.

Precautions

Psyllium absorbs water quickly once mixed. Drink it straight away and follow with plenty of water throughout the day.

Not suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing.

If constipation persists, you experience abdominal discomfort, or fail to have a bowel motion while using this product, consult your doctor.

If you are taking oral prescription medication, take this product at least 2 hours before or after your medication.
