Other Ingredients Malic Acid, Natural Flavour, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Natural Sweeteners (Stevia, Thaumatin)
Add 1 teaspoon (4g) of No.2 to at least 1 cup (250mL) of water. Stir vigorously, drink immediately. Make sure you drink lots of water. Try it in your morning smoothie! RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
For new users - start low and slow! Take 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase as necessary. As your body adjusts, you may experience minor bloating.

When mixed, psyllium absorbs water quickly and becomes a viscous fluid which may present a choking hazard. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. Keep out of reach of children.
