Each 8g packet contains two 4g doses of Orange Good Gut Psyllium Fibre.

Psyllium husk powder (3.7g per 4g dose, 92.5%). Malic acid, natural orange flavour, salt, potassium citrate, natural sweeteners (stevia, thaumatin). That’s it.

No maltodextrin. No fillers. No junk you can’t pronounce.

Tear open one packet and add one teaspoon (4g) to a full glass of water. Stir vigorously and drink immediately. Each packet holds two doses, so you can split one across the morning and afternoon if you like.

Sweet, citrusy, and easy to drink. Works in a smoothie too.

Drink at least one full glass of water (250mL) with each dose.

Recommended dosage

Adults 12+: 1 to 3 teaspoons daily. Children 6 to 12: half a teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Children under 6: consult your health professional.

When mixed, psyllium absorbs water quickly and becomes a viscous fluid which may present a choking hazard. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

Allergy Warning (Psyllium Husk): If you experience chest pain, vomiting or have difficulty breathing or swallowing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.

If constipation persists, you experience abdominal discomfort or fail to have a bowel motion when using this product, consult your doctor.

Bulk fibre may affect how well medicines work. If you are taking oral prescription medication, take this product 2 hours before or after the prescribed medicine to minimise any effect on absorption.
