Lemon Psyllium Fibre (200g) and Straight Up Collagen (200g).

Two separate products for two separate jobs. Lemon Psyllium Fibre is 92% pure psyllium husk for your gut, regularity, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Straight Up Collagen is pure hydrolysed bovine collagen with Vitamin C for your skin, hair, nails, and joints. No flavour, no fuss.

Take them separately so you can dial in your dose of each independently.

Lemon Psyllium Fibre: one teaspoon (4g) in a full glass of water, once or twice a day.

Straight Up Collagen: one tablespoon (10g) in water, coffee, a smoothie, or whatever you’re drinking. No flavour, so it disappears into almost anything.

Take them together in the morning or spread across the day. Both should be followed by plenty of water.

Psyllium: adults 12+, 1-3 teaspoons daily. Collagen: adults 12+, 1-2 tablespoons daily. Children under 12: consult your health professional.

For people who want to run their psyllium and collagen routines independently, without having both mixed in one product. Good if you want flexibility over how much collagen you’re getting without changing your fibre dose.
