Kiwi Berry Psyllium Fibre (200g), Lemon Psyllium Fibre (200g), Orange Psyllium Fibre (200g).

All three share the same formula: 92% active psyllium husk, nothing artificial, made in New Zealand. The only difference is the flavour. This bundle is the easiest way to find out which one you'll come back to every day.

One teaspoon (4g dose) mixed into a full glass of water, once or twice a day. Drink straight away. Try a different flavour each day to work out which one sticks.

Works in smoothies or sprinkled on cereal too.

Adults 12+: 1 to 3 teaspoons daily. Children 6 to 12: half a teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Children under 6: consult your health professional.

New to No.2 and not sure which flavour to start with. Or someone who likes a bit of variety and doesn't want to be locked into one flavour. Either way, 150 doses to get properly started.

When mixed, psyllium absorbs water quickly and becomes a viscous fluid which may present a choking hazard. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

Allergy Warning (Psyllium Husk): If you experience chest pain, vomiting or have difficulty breathing or swallowing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.

If constipation persists, you experience abdominal discomfort or fail to have a bowel motion when using this product, consult your doctor.

Bulk fibre may affect how well medicines work. If you are taking oral prescription medication, take this product 2 hours before or after the prescribed medicine to minimise any effect on absorption.
