As an autistic person who struggles with alot of different sensory issues and aversions , this has been one of the easiest supplements to add to my daily diet, ive started drinking alot more water whilst using this product aswell as felt less bloated and the taste is actually so amazing.

Any issues ive had , the company has been happy to rectify.

Having been use to taking the supermarket fiber which tasted artificial, sweet and rough but not having options finally having this is awesome. The taste is great, it’s not sweet and while it feels soft to drink the results are better than expected.
And then there’s the cost, paying less for better value!

I have been talking no2 since it come out to the market. Within days of taking it, I felt that I was being cleansed from the inside out! I have never used a psyllium supplement until I started using No 2. I love the lemon flavour - it has just enough lemony tang to be interesting! I am often cautious with things with textures and I was initially concerned how this would be. However it mixes together easily, and is easy to drink without any concerning texture! It does its job brilliantly too. I highly recommend this to anyone who is needing or wanting to add more fibre to their diet.

Can’t get enough of this, part of my everyday diet after a health scare a few years back, it makes such a difference, have even got the hubby on board.
