Add 1 tablespoon (10g) of No.2 to at least 1 cup (250mL) of water. Stir vigorously, drink immediately. Make sure you drink lots of water. Try it in your morning smoothie! RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
For new users - start low and slow! Take 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase as necessary. As your body adjusts, you may experience minor bloating.
