Refund/Return Policy

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@no2.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect (i.e. wrong flavour). We will happily cover the return shipping and replace this with a new product or provide a refund. 

In the event your order is damaged or incorrect, please email us as soon as possibly at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution.

We do not refund change of mind purchases. Refunds and replacements will only be administered should the product(s) be damaged or incorrect.
